我們的原則

番茶的設計以「資料留在你手上」為核心。我們不追蹤你、不收集你的個人資料到我們的伺服器、也沒有任何廣告或第三方分析工具。

App 在本機儲存什麼（不會離開你的裝置）

你的所有追番內容都儲存在你 iPhone／iPad 本機（透過 Apple 的 SwiftData）：

• 動漫的觀看進度、每一刷的紀錄、每集觀看日期與筆記、評分
• 個人檔案（暱稱、自我介紹、頭像照片）
• App 設定（顯示語言等）

這些資料不會傳到我們的伺服器。你可隨時在 App 內刪除任何一筆，或刪除整個 App 來清除全部資料。App 也提供「匯出」功能（JSON／CSV），讓你自行備份。

連結 AniList（選用）

若你主動選擇連結你自己的 AniList 帳號，App 會透過 AniList 官方授權（OAuth）與你的 AniList 帳號雙向同步追番資料。此同步只在你授權後發生，資料往來於你的裝置與 AniList 之間，受 AniList 的隱私權政策 規範。你的 AniList 存取權杖儲存在裝置的 Keychain（安全金鑰庫）。你可隨時在 App 內解除連結。

我們的伺服器收到什麼

番茶有一個輔助伺服器，用途只有提供作品的繁體中文標題與簡介、以及基本的服務狀態。它只會收到：

• 作品的 AniList 編號（用來查對應的繁中標題與繁中簡介）
• 當某作品查無繁中標題時，該作品的編號（讓我們之後補上翻譯）
• 當你使用「搜尋」功能時，你輸入的搜尋關鍵字（用來查詢對應的繁中標題）
• App 啟動時的一次服務狀態查詢（用來顯示維護公告或重大版本提醒；此請求不附帶任何資料）

上述所有請求都只用於「當下這一次查詢」，我們不會保留、不會記錄（log）你的搜尋關鍵字或查詢內容。與所有一般網路請求相同，伺服器在連線當下會看到你的 IP 位址；我們不會記錄它、用它來識別你或建立任何檔案。伺服器不會收到、也不會儲存任何能識別你個人的資訊（沒有帳號、沒有姓名、沒有 email、沒有你的觀看紀錄）。

我們不做的事

• 不做跨 App／跨網站追蹤（App 的 Privacy Manifest 已宣告 NSPrivacyTracking = false）
• 不收集裝置識別碼（IDFA）、不投放廣告
• 不嵌入第三方分析、行銷或社群 SDK
• 不販售或分享你的任何資料

兒童

本 App 為一般用途，不特別針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資料。

政策變更

若本政策有實質變更，我們會更新本頁的「生效日期」。

Our principle

Bancha is built around the idea that your data stays with you. We do not track you, we do not collect your personal data on our servers, and there are no ads or third-party analytics.

What is stored locally on your device (never leaves it)

All your tracking content lives on your iPhone/iPad (via Apple's SwiftData):

• Watch progress for anime, per-rewatch history, per-episode dates and notes, ratings
• Your profile (nickname, bio, avatar photo)
• App settings (display language, etc.)

This data is never sent to our servers. You can delete any entry in-app at any time, or delete the app to remove everything. The app also offers Export (JSON/CSV) so you can back up your own data.

Linking AniList (optional)

If you choose to link your own AniList account, the app syncs your tracking data with your AniList account via AniList's official authorization (OAuth). This happens only after you authorize it; data flows between your device and AniList and is governed by AniList's Privacy Policy. Your AniList access token is stored in your device's Keychain. You can unlink at any time in-app.

What our server receives

Bancha has a helper server whose only purposes are to provide Traditional Chinese titles and synopses for works, and basic service status. It only receives:

• A work's AniList ID (to look up its Traditional Chinese title and synopsis)
• The ID of a work that has no Traditional Chinese title yet (so we can add the translation later)
• When you use Search, the search keywords you type (used to look up matching Traditional Chinese titles)
• A one-time service-status check when the app launches (used to show maintenance notices or critical update reminders; this request carries no data)

All of the above requests are used only for that single lookup; we do not retain or log your search keywords or query contents. As with any ordinary network request, the server can see your IP address at the moment of connection; we do not log it, use it to identify you, or build any profile. The server does not receive or store any information that identifies you (no account, no name, no email, none of your watch history).

What we do not do

• No cross-app/cross-site tracking (the app's Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false)
• No device identifiers (IDFA), no advertising
• No third-party analytics, marketing, or social SDKs
• We never sell or share your data

Children

This app is general-audience, not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy materially changes, we will update the "Effective date" on this page.
